Common questions

Can the plan be fortnightly or monthly?
Yes. Tell us the pattern and we'll set it up. The estimator shows weekly figures, so for fortnightly trips simply halve the weekly amount.
Can my companion come into the appointment?
Yes. With Attend & Support your companion helps at reception, waits with you and can sit in if you'd like. Companion time is $2.50 per minute.
Can I add a one-off trip as well?
