Common questions

Can I book all my dialysis trips at once?
Yes. We set up repeat bookings for your regular days and times, and you can pause or change them any time.
Will I get the same driver?
We try hard to keep the same driver for regular trips, so you see a familiar face.
What if I feel unwell after treatment?
Your driver will take things slowly and help you inside. If you are unwell, tell the dialysis staff before you leave, because our drivers are companions, not medical staff.
