Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — all plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime and keep your rides until the end of your billing period. Annual plans receive a pro-rata refund.
Can I use NDIS or ACC funding?
Absolutely. Gentle Journey is an NDIS registered provider and ACC preferred supplier. We generate NDIS-formatted invoices automatically. Contact us and we'll set up direct billing.
What if my loved one needs more rides than the plan includes?
Extra rides can be added at $28 per ride (Bronze/Silver) or upgrade to Gold for unlimited peace of mind. You'll receive a notification when your monthly rides are running low.
Do rides roll over if unused?
Bronze and Silver rides roll over for up to 2 months. Gold is unlimited so rollover doesn't apply. We believe adventures shouldn't expire — life is unpredictable.
