Is my booking confirmed straight away?
We confirm every trip personally. After you send your request we call or text you to confirm the time and your companion driver.
Do I pay now?
No. Nothing is charged online when you request a booking. We confirm the trip with you first, then you can pay in the car by EFTPOS or credit card (every vehicle carries a mobile EFTPOS machine), in the app, by invoice for organisations, or with ride credit.
How is the price worked out?
From the actual driving time between your addresses at $3.30 a minute, plus $2.50 a minute companion time if someone stays with you, plus $12.50 for the wheelchair hoist. The minimum is $22.50 per trip. GST is included.
