What it costs
Rototuna → Waikato Hospital: about 20 minutes, so roughly $66.00 one way or $132.00 return.

Common questions
Discharge times are unpredictable. How does that work?
Book a provisional time and call or have the ward call us when you're ready. We'll send the nearest available driver. If you know the time, book it in advance.
Can you pick up my prescription on the way home?
Yes. Let us know when booking and your driver will stop at a pharmacy. The extra time is charged at the normal per-minute rate.
Can a family member book this for me?
Yes. Family can book online or by phone and receive live tracking and arrival updates.
Do you transport people who need a stretcher or medical monitoring?
No. We provide non-emergency companion transport. For stretcher transfers or medical care during the trip, the hospital will arrange a patient transfer service.
