Common questions

Can my companion stay with me during treatment?
Yes. With Attend & Support your companion can wait with you, subject to the clinic's visitor rules. Companion time is $2.50 per minute.
What if my treatment is delayed or my plan changes?
That's common, and it's fine. Call us or update the booking in the app and we'll change your trips.
Is there help with the cost?
Some people can get help with travel costs through Te Whatu Ora's National Travel Assistance scheme. Ask your treatment team what you're eligible for.
