Covers wheelchair, power chair or hoist assistance. All drivers are trained in safe loading and unloading of mobility equipment.

All prices include GST. $22.50 minimum per trip.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the approval process take?

We review all organisation applications within 1 business day. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and can log straight in to start adding clients and booking rides. If you need urgent access, call us on 0800 456 730.

Is there a cost to join the platform?

No platform fee, no setup fee, no monthly charge. You only pay for the rides your clients take, at the published per-minute rates. There's no minimum spend and no lock-in contract.

Can I book rides for multiple clients at once?

Yes. Your dashboard shows all your clients in one place. You can book rides for any client individually, and each booking is saved to their profile with full history. Recurring bookings let you set up regular appointments once without having to re-enter details each time.

Are the drivers trained to work with elderly and disabled clients?

Yes. All Gentle Journey drivers complete companion care training before working with clients. They are experienced in assisting with mobility aids, providing calm reassurance, and adapting their approach to each individual client's needs.

What billing options are available?

You can choose between monthly invoicing (emailed on the 1st of each month) or a card on file that is charged per booking. Both options are available in your account settings and can be changed at any time.
